Job requirements:
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Economics, Polytechnics or Mathematics, with a focus on Accounting; part-qualified or completed ACCA is considered an advantage.
- 1–3 years of professional experience as a financial auditor within an audit firm, working with commercial and/or financial services clients.
- Good knowledge of Romanian GAAP and IFRS.
- Good understanding of the Romanian market and business environment.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Good written and spoken English and Romanian.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated, eager to develop professionally and build a career in a collaborative and challenging environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Participate in audit engagements under the guidance of senior team members.
- Prepare accurate and timely audit documentation and working papers.
- Assist in identifying audit issues and communicate findings to senior team members.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and maintain professional relationships with client representatives throughout the audit process.
- Contribute to the successful completion of audit engagements by meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
- Continuously develop technical knowledge and professional skills through on-the-job learning, training, and feedback.
