Role Overview
We are looking for an Advisory & PMO Specialist (with German) to join our Audit Delivery Academy within the Advisory Risk & Technology team. The role will support project management and audit delivery activities in complex, international environments.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting project governance and standards
Monitoring project progress and reporting
Managing documentation, resources, and compliance
Ensuring alignment with organizational project management methodologies
Collaborating with German-speaking stakeholders and clients on a regular basis
The role may involve supporting the testing of internal controls within Audit and Advisory engagements.
Requirements
Fluency in German (C1 level) and good command of English
Previous experience in a PMO, Project Management, or Project Support role
Understanding of project management methodologies
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in an international and fast-paced environment
