We are currently seeking for Senior Consultants and Consultants to join our Forensic Team in Bucharest

What will you do?
- Conduct and lead projects from various industries in the following areas:
- investigations of alleged or suspected violations of rules and regulations, including theft, fraud, embezzlement, conflict of interest, collusion, kickbacks and records falsification;
- regulatory enforcement and compliance (e.g. FCPA, UKBA, AML, etc.);
- fraud risk management;
- dispute and arbitration;
- business intelligence.
- Gather, review, and analyze data in support of a project
- Prepare working papers to adequately document the steps conducted in the project
- Prepare clear, comprehensive and cohesive reports in English Language
- Provide coaching of less experienced team members aimed at facilitating the completion of investigations and developing team members' investigation skills
- Contribute to or assist in drafting proposals, professional articles or marketing materials with a focus on winning work or enhancing the firm’s reputation
What are we looking for?
- Finance, law or accounting professionals with 1,5 to 3,5 years of relevant experience – ideally audit or forensic in big4, alternatively in (fraud) risk management, (fraud) investigations, regulatory compliance, internal audit or other financial audit work
- Experience in managing projects with simple and medium degree of difficulty, delivering quality, efficient and profitable outcomes by diligent completion of own work, supervising the work of the engagement team and monitoring the overall engagement
- Financially literate (a good understanding of accounting and financial reporting)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with “can-do” attitude with fast learning ability
- A team player who is pro-active, curious and who has a client service-oriented mindset
- Advanced IT/Computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet). Ability to work in various databases is a plus
