We are currently seeking a Manager to join our Accounting Advisory Team.

We assist clients in understanding and addressing complex accounting and financial reporting issues arising from adoption of new standards or from various types of transactions (e.g. business combinations). as well as in improving their finance and reporting processes. We provide both technical knowledge as well as practical, hands-on support, enabling our clients to achieve compliance while also supporting their business objectives.

As part of our team you will be coordinating a diverse range of advisory projects, including but not limited to: assistance in implementation of new accounting and reporting requirements, development of corporate accounting standards (methodologies, accounting manuals), methodological support in ERP systems implementation, support in preparation of merger projects, technical accounting advice. You will also act as a coach and mentor to more junior professionals and you will be involved in business development activities such as writing proposals and delivering client presentations. Your focus will be on advising clients in the Financial Services sector, but you may also be involved in engagements for other types of companies.  

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of accounting advisory, financial reporting or financial auditing experience in the Financial Services sector
• Strong technical IFRS knowledge
• Ability to communicate accurately and efficiently in English – advanced level
• Strong problem solving skills and analytical skills
• ACCA qualification finalized or in progress
• Self-motivated person, eager to acquire experience and build a career in a high performance environment and with a strong team work spirit.
