About the Role

We are looking for motivated future graduates (3rd year students) and recent graduates who are eager to start a meaningful career in Audit within a dynamic and professional environment.

Requirements

✔ University degree completed or in progress (preferably in Economics or related fields)
✔ Interest in Audit or professional services
✔ Good command of Romanian and English
✔ Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables, conditional formatting, basic data analysis)

✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills

Your Responsibilities

As part of the Audit team, you will:

• participate in client meetings and understand client operations and processes;
• prepare summaries and follow up on discussions with clients;
• support audit documentation and year-end balance sheet preparation;
• review and organize financial documents received from clients;
• use Excel extensively for data analysis and processing;
• work with internal audit tools and methodologies;
• collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple projects and industries.
