What will you actually do?
- Work on Audit Delivery Academy engagements under the coordination of KPMG audit teams, performing audit-related tasks in line with the agreed audit programs.
- Communicate effectively with audit teams in KPMG offices and contribute to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
- Prepare audit documentation and reports required by senior team members or project managers.
- Contribute to projects focused on enhancing audit processes, quality, and efficiency.
- Support and train new or more junior team members on work-related topics and best practices.
- Report to the project coordinator (team leader) and the department manager and carry out other role-related tasks as required.
Who are you?
- You have a solid educational background:
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or Polytechnics with an accounting focus. - You bring relevant experience:
Ideally 6 months – 1 year of experience in financial audit (experience in financial services or investment funds is a plus). - You communicate confidently:
Good command of English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken. - You think analytically:
You enjoy working with numbers, identifying patterns, and understanding the story behind the data. - You are proactive and collaborative:
Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic, team‑based professional environment.
