We are looking for a Senior Associate within the Dispute Resolution team to further strengthen our Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. The role involves providing legal support and expertise in tax and administrative disputes, working closely with senior colleagues, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.

What will you actually do?
- Legal & business advice: You will contribute to the delivery of legal advice in commercial, tax, and administrative litigation matters, supporting the development of legal strategies, written submissions, and case documentation.
- Dispute resolution: You will be involved in a broad range of dispute resolution matters before Romanian courts, assisting with litigation strategy, drafting procedural documents, and supporting negotiations.
- Legal research & analysis: You will conduct in‑depth legal research on legislation, case law, and regulatory practice, ensuring high‑quality and well‑reasoned legal positions.
- Client & project support: You will interact directly with clients and internal stakeholders, contributing to project execution and coordination within ongoing engagements.
- Document preparation & compliance: You will draft, review, and organize complex legal documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with legal and professional standards.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 3–5 years of experience as a qualified lawyer, with exposure to tax, commercial, and/or administrative litigation
- Demonstrates solid knowledge of civil and administrative procedural law
- Is comfortable managing complex legal information and multiple workstreams
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both in Romanian and English
- Works well independently, while collaborating effectively within a team
- Shows strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and ethical integrity
- Is a member of the National Union of the Romanian Bars
