What will you actually do?
- Legal & business advice: Provide legal support in commercial, tax, and administrative litigation matters, including the preparation of legal analyses, case strategies, written submissions, and supporting documentation.
- Dispute resolution support: Assist in dispute resolution matters before Romanian courts by contributing to litigation strategy, drafting procedural submissions, and supporting negotiations, under the guidance of senior lawyers.
- Legal research & analysis: Conduct structured legal research on legislation, case law, and regulatory practice, contributing to well‑reasoned legal positions.
- Client & project support: Interact with clients and internal stakeholders, supporting the execution of ongoing legal engagements and project‑related activities.
- Document preparation & compliance: Prepare and organize moderately complex legal documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with legal and professional standards.
Who we are looking for
- A lawyer with solid legal knowledge and a strong interest in developing a career in dispute resolution
- Experience: 2–4 years as a lawyer, preferably with exposure to tax, commercial, and/or administrative litigation
- Technical background: Solid understanding of civil and administrative procedural law
- Approach: Analytical, structured, and comfortable working with complex legal information
- Communication: Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English
- Teamwork: Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Professional requirements: Member of the National Union of the Romanian Bars
