What will you actually do?
- Project & program management: execute project activities in alignment with established project plans to achieve defined goals, support project scope definition, including research, requirements gathering, workshops, and documentation, maintain accurate and complete requirements traceability and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project planning, Risk & Issue Control: create and maintain detailed project or workstream plans aligned with standard methodologies, identify risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints, recommending and implementing mitigation actions as needed, prepare and deliver project review materials, progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders, contribute to project resource coordination and management.
- Stakeholder & communication management: support stakeholder engagement activities to build effective working relationships and address needs proactively, coordinate communication with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure alignment and information flow, ensure structured communication practices, documentation control, and distribution of project information.
- Continuous improvement & workflow optimization: contribute to reviewing and improving operational processes and tools within the project environment, support adoption of improved methodologies and innovative approaches to deliver efficiency gains.
- Data, reporting & operational support: prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, trackers, and analytical materials supporting project decision making.
- GenAI prompting skills, including the ability to formulate effective prompts to enhance productivity, analysis, and content generation.
- Understanding of the VIDA framework and its practical application in structuring work, improving workflows, and driving clarity in decision‑making.
- Familiarity with design thinking methodologies, supporting user‑centric problem‑solving, ideation, and process improvement.
Additional responsibilities:
Alongside core project management responsibilities, the role includes activities that strengthen project readiness and operational efficiency:
- Coordination of preparatory and supporting administrative tasks linked to project delivery.
- Assistance in tracking deadlines, organizing documentation, and following up on key actions.
- Support for back‑office operations, including preparation of materials, templates, and operational reports.
- Liaison with suppliers and clients to ensure well‑structured administrative workflows and consistent information flow.
- Contribution to optimizing work routines by enhancing clarity, consistency, and process discipline.
- Timely execution of activities required for the smooth delivery of projects and commitments.
- Creation, update, and improvement of work tools, templates, and documentation used in service delivery.
- Participation in the development, implementation, and updating of procedures, policies, and strategies that support project and operational activities.

- A background that includes at least 3-5 years of experience in project management, operational coordination, PMO work, or similar roles — ideally in technology‑focused environments where structure, collaboration, and adaptability are essential.
