What will you do?
- Daily accounting operations: You will support the team with recording financial documents, checking accuracy, and ensuring transactions are processed according to accounting standards.
- Financial document management: You will prepare, organize, and archive invoices, statements, reconciliations, and other financial records.
- Data validation & accuracy checks: You will verify supporting documentation, identify discrepancies, and communicate findings to senior team members.
- Month‑end & reporting support: You will assist in preparing basic schedules, reconciliations, and reports required for monthly closing activities.
- Workflow & compliance: You will follow internal procedures, ensure compliance with accounting policies, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Risk & policy support: Help monitor tax legislation updates and support the team in identifying potential tax risks.
- Daily collaboration: Interact with senior team members and client accounting teams while developing your technical and communication skills.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone eager to build a strong foundation in accounting — a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with numbers and approaches tasks with accuracy, responsibility, and care. The ideal candidate is open to learning new systems and digital tools, communicates clearly, and collaborates effectively within a team.
We are seeking candidates who are currently studying or have recently graduated in Economics, Finance, or Accounting, and who bring 1–2 years of relevant experience. Strong English skills and a solid command of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook) are important. Beyond experience, we value curiosity, initiative, and a genuine willingness to learn and grow.
