We are currently looking to recruit a SOX & Internal Control Senior Consultant – Advisory Services to join our team in Bucharest.

What you’ll do:

• Lead control design, documentation, and testing efforts.
• Perform risk assessments and support SOX program management.
• Validate IPEs and assess system-based controls.
• Identify and remediate control deficiencies.
• Partner with external auditors and deliver audit-ready documentation.
• Provide training and guidance to control owners.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in SOX 404, Internal Audit, or External Audit (Big 4 preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Audit, or related field.
• Deep understanding of SOX, COSO, and control testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Professional certifications (CIA, ACCA) are a plus.
• Organized, proactive, and team-oriented.
