We are looking for a motivated and experienced Manager to join our Management Consulting for Energy Industry, Renewables M&A
In this role, you will lead projects, manage client relationships, and guide teams of consultants in delivering high-impact advisory services. You will be involved in complex and strategic projects across the energy industry, focusing on energy transition, sustainability, corporate strategy, and financial advisory.
Lead and coordinate advisory projects in the energy and sustainability sector, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution.
Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities to expand collaboration.
Supervise and coach project teams, providing guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations.
Support the development of proposals and business development initiatives.
Conduct and review strategic analyses, market assessments, feasibility studies, and financial models.
Collaborate with other service lines within KPMG to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
Stay updated on energy market trends, sustainability regulations, and industry best practices to support clients with relevant insights.
Ensure effective resource allocation and contribute to the development of the team’s expertise and knowledge base.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
6–8 years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate finance, or the energy industry (including 2+ years in a team lead or managerial role).
Strong project management and people management skills, with proven experience in leading teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Solid understanding of the energy sector, regulatory landscape, and sustainability topics.
Strong business acumen and client relationship management capabilities.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Excellent communication skills, both in English and Romanian.
