As part of our growing Technology team, we are currently looking for a skilled SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in implementing SAP Finance & Controlling modules (SAP S/4 HANA On-Premise, SAP S/4 HANA Rise projects), who is passionate about helping clients modernize their financial processes and systems.
What will you do?
- Play a key role in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Analyze business requirements related to finance, accounting, investment, and controlling processes.
- Perform gap analysis between business processes and SAP Finance & Controlling functionalities; provide alternatives and recommendations for delta design.
- Prepare project documentation (e.g., Business Process Design, Setup Guide, Technical Specifications, Test Scripts, Backlog, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP S/4HANA Finance with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, PS) and external systems.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling modules.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, supporting their professional development and contributing to high-quality project delivery.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, SAP S/4HANA Finance developments, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance service delivery.
What are we looking for?
- Over 5 years of experience as an SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles and processes.
- Participation in a minimum of 4 full life cycle SAP S/4HANA OP and/or Rise implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, such as:
- Finance – General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Lease Accounting, Treasury & Banking, Investment Management – Projects, Financial Close & Reporting, Romanian Localization.
- Controlling – Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Allocations, Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and the SAP Activate Methodology is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both clients and team members.
- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
