We are seeking an Engagement Assistant to join our team.

Role summary:

The Engagement Assistant supports the client-facing teams on the whole engagement lifecycle allowing them and other internal clients to work more on #ClientCentricity. The Engagement Assistant is the main point of contact within the team for anything in connection with the engagement lifecycle. You will help on the engagement risk management, the preparation/finalization of the deliverables, the billing and the closing of the engagement. You will work closely with the Client Onboarding Team as well as the Personal Assistants.

The Engagement Assistant contributes to an enhanced risk mindset in the firm.

Major duties and responsibilities:

Being in charge of the Risk Management (RM) evaluation process in line with the Risk Management guidelines;

Preparing/finalizing the deliverables:

  • Drafting/formatting/finalizing documents (e.g. deliverables, PowerPoint presentations, reportings) related to the engagement based on the instructions from the Engagement Team.

Organizing internal & external meetings.

Providing billing support in collaboration with the Central Billing department:

  • Preparing cost updates, if required.
  • If necessary, proactively drafting and finalizing invoices/close outs/zero bills (print, save, send), with attention on special billing procedure requirements.
  • Running STAR reports (e.g. WIP report).

Sharing knowledge:

  • Providing support to internal teams as well as guiding and coaching new team members.
  • If relevant, acting as Performance Manager.

Other activities and responsibilities, in addition to those mentioned above, may be entrusted with the function holder.

 

About you:

  • Strong Computer skills including Outlook and MS Office package (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Some knowledge of anti-money laundering rules, Know-Your-Customer process.
  • Strong knowledge of internal tools (i.e. CRM, P2P, STAR, etc.)
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Results oriented, proactive, meticulous, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Delivering high quality results.
  • Languages: fluent in English, and fluent in either French or German; any other language is considered as an asset.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Foreign Languages, Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Relations, or a related field.

A first experience including a proven track record working within a fast-paced corporate environment (we are open to train young graduates).
