We are currently seeking a Consultant to join our Transaction Services Team in Bucharest.

What will you do? 

Understand the Target business and its drivers

Prepare financial analyses on Income Statements and Balance Sheets (data processing, critical thinking in correlating accounting data, performing analyses to show relevant trends and conclusions).

Review other business-related operational information (management reports, commercial contracts, financial agreements etc.) and correlate them with the accounting information.

Formulate relevant questions to obtain a better understanding of the business and how this is translated into accounting records.

What are we looking for?

Finance or accounting professionals with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Curiosity, motivation and desire to learn new things.

Audit experience would be an advantage.

Good analytical skills.

Ability to work in a structured and organized manner.

Ability to communicate effectively.

Computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Fluency in English (most of the due diligence reports are in English).

Ability to connect business information with operational and accounting data.
