We are currently seeking an Experienced Associate to join our Data Analytics and Automation Team in Bucharest
Job summary
We are looking for a young detail-oriented and analytical person, at the beginning of their career, with strong skills in Excel, SQL, and Power BI. In this role, you will be responsible for updating, managing, and analyzing databases, developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, and generating detailed financial reports. You will collaborate closely with the US team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and in line with established procedures and deadlines.
The ideal candidate has advanced English proficiency, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to continuous learning. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential in this dynamic environment.
What will you do?
- SQL Scripting & Analysis: Develop and execute SQL scripts for detailed analyses and financial reporting.
- Power BI Development & Maintenance: Maintain and enhance existing dashboards, create new reports, and provide insights based on business requirements.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work directly with the US team to process tasks, follow procedures, and meet deadlines.
- Data Insights & Reporting: Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Attention to Detail & Continuous Improvement: Ensure high-quality deliverables, stay up to date with best practices, and continuously improve skills in SQL, Power BI, and data analysis.
What are we looking for?
- Top student or graduate - 2nd or 3rd year bachelor degree / 1st or 2nd year master degree, ideally within the Faculty of Economic Cybernetics, Statistics, Economic Informatics.
- Advanced knowledge of English, SQL, and Power BI;
- Experience working with databases: updating, managing, and analyzing them;
- Ability to create and run SQL scripts for detailed analyses and financial reports;
- Experience with Power BI, including:
- Maintaining and improving an existing dashboard for a specific team;
- Developing additional reports and providing insights based on received requirements and tasks;
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and a willingness to continuously learn;
- Direct collaboration with the US team to process assigned tasks while following established procedures and deadlines;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a dynamic environment.
