We are currently seeking an Assistant Team Leader to join our Audit Delivery Academy in Timisoara.
What are we looking for?
An Team Leader for our Audit Delivery Academy Department in Timisoara who:
- Is a self-motivated person, eager to acquire experience in a professional environment;
- Is very organized and detail oriented;
- Has excellent communication and writing skills;
- Has a minimum of 3-5 year experience working as an accountant, while management accounting and indirect cost allocation is a plus;
- Has University degree in Economics or business studies;
- Has Excellent English knowledge, other languages would be considered as an advantage (particularly French or Spanish);
- Has experience in team or project coordination;
- Experience in a shared service center would be considered an advantage;
- Has good command of MS Office package: Excel (High level), Outlook (High level), Word (Intermediate level);
What about your role?
- Allocating jobs and workload to team members, scheduling the work, ensuring deadlines are met;
- Reviewing the work done by team members;
- Training new team members, as well as existing staff on various work related matters;
- Producing various reports required by managers or other senior level staff;
- Contributing to relevant projects relating to processes enhancement;
- Communicating effectively with finance teams in other KPMG offices;
- Manage working space by preparing a status of information received or pending;
- Participate to calls with KPMG offices to present findings;
- Drafting a review report after validation of reporting packs issued by KPMG member firms;
- Provide necessary analysis and support to assigned team leader;
- Timely completion of trainings, timesheets and other admin tasks;
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
- Other duties as assigned.
